  • Plan, schedule, and arrange appointments, travel plans, meetings, conferences, and other scheduling administrative functions
  • Give timely reminders to the client regarding meetings, appointments, deadlines, and other commitments
  • Handle tasks such as scheduling and overall team coordination
  • Check scheduled meetings regularly, reassess priorities, and change earlier scheduled appointments as needed
  • Manage the flow of information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Update multiple calendars based on client requirements and systems
  • Monitor email and other correspondence to guarantee coordination of all schedules
  • Observe strict adherence to client requirements and policies
  • Send a calendar report to the client
